I have been using Big Finish car wash since they opened. I have always been satisfied with the quality of my car wash. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I always leave a one dollar tip. There is no tipping necessary but I do it because I like to reward good workers. The management periodically adds features and improvements. I plan to keep on coming back!

Purchased Rain X through them with my wash. Next day it rained and car has spots everywhere. Hope it was worth the $4 because my business is going elsewhere .

I don't think they are. I have 2 cars with unlimited washes each month and they do a really good job. My cars are always kept clean and fresh.
