If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in to the food being completely closed and it wasn’t even late. The employee that told us they were closed for food was nice and respectful enough I guess. However, the security guard should’ve just gone home. He let two customers just argue and did nothing about it. One of them even tried arguing with me and I was just standing in line. What’s the point of having a security guard if they don’t do anything. Between the hot food being closed and the pre-prepared food being barren it was by far the worst experience I have had at a WaWa. Won’t be coming back here again.

1 day out of the week they seem to be able to serve coffee and move the line quickly. Every other day, it's a mess. They've really lowered the standards at Wawa.

DO NOT USE THEIR WAWA CREDIT CARD WARNING --I give them less than one star, I have heard and read so much about this up and coming business I thought I would get a WAWA card through Citibank and enjoy a quick snack or two with my gas purchases. For two months I tried to use the card and it did no work as a credit card. I finally used it at this location to buy some gas and it DID work? In September 2021 I went on line and registered. Like all my credit cards I wanted to set up auto pay with my bank account. It took a credit card? but nothing about a bank card direct? I forgot about it and assumed it would just charge another card or I would receive a statement in the mail. There is NO PHONE number to call with human contact for answers, only recordings. Next I received a Citibank statement with the charge, late charges and interest. I called Citibank and it took hours to get ahold of someone, they referred me back to WAWA? again no human contact. Finally Citibank called me and I explained, they took the base fee and said they would erase the extra charges, do not worry. Now I get dunned regularly by WAWA with automated calls around the clock, often a dozen hang ups in a row. Again, all automated no one to talk to. I turned to the credit bureau and they froze it, but WAWA came back and said it as legit charges by the letter of the law so the credit bureau put it back on. SO my credit rating goes from 849 to 827 or what ever. Does not bother me, I am debt free. Today (2/17/2022)for the first time I receive a statement of WAWA spelling out their demands. I will never pay this, you can bet I will be letting the public know their inability to realize they are not faultless in this. So You lost my business and I will let them know, buyer beware, if this is they way they treat customers, its only a matter of time before they get you and you will only be able to scream in the dark.
