The worst customer service - I’ve never met a pair of cashiers that are more rude than the two I see regularly at this store

SUPER RUDE SERVICE! I used to go to this UPS location always, but after today's service. I AM NOT GOING BACK! I always go here to return my amazon packages. I always have them boxed and label ready and the UPS store usually puts my label in a transparent package and tapes it to the box. They have always done that every time I go. BUT, today I go and the older guy that works there, tells me, " why didn't you tape the label on the box ?" and I say, because you guys always put it in the special transparent pocket. THEN HE SAYS TO ME " YOU DIDNT HAVE TIME TO GO BUY TAPE?" I mean, excuse me? How can you be that rude? What a disgusting way to treat a customer. If you hate your job at the UPS then quit! But don't work there and show attitude to customers! Especially, a customer like me who had the box ready and the label printed!!!!!!!!

Simple Amazon returns turned into a NIGHTMARE with this store, specifically the old white man who sent me back TWICE to fix my Amazon packages, he talked to me so rude, so degrading, and at the end he refused to help us at ALL. All the other white peoples were treated so kind but I, a minority, was treated like absolute trash. Couldn’t believe it. I talked to Amazon and even they were confused, they take packages any way they come, and the guy at ups wanted me to buy a mailer, he wouldn’t even use tape to close the box, he said you should have come prepared with packing tape and made it ready yourself, like excuse me?! This is just going to Amazon as a RETURN! Go somewhere else, you can feel the racism here. He was giving me crazy eyes and all red and angry just because he wouldn’t use some tape to close the box. (P.s everything was in an Amazon box, with the necessary papers attached, slip inside)

The ladies in this store are so wonderful and friendly. Today I went in, and the man who was there aggressively told me that he would not serve me without a mask. As I was going to be in the store for a total of 45 seconds, I gladly pulled my shirt top over my nose and mouth. I was told that was not good enough, because it had to be a mask. I reminded him they two years ago it was two weeks to flatten the curve, and this material is thicker than a mask. He said he would not serve me, unless I had a real mask. I asked if he preferred cloth or paper? That really made him angry. I had both in my purse, so I wanted to know which mask he “required.” So for 45 seconds, I had to endure his fear and anger. Won’t go back to this store.
