Jus barely made it 3 minutes before closing time. I was surprised how friendly staff was and did not rush me. Very professional. I was able to make important copies and associates stayed attentive even after closing the store.

first I'd like to say I've done thousands of dollars of custom printing and finishing at this location and others but mostly here over the last year. Collectively they have the worst attitude at this place. Nothing's ever easy, always a long line. Some of the staff here really act like they're doing you a huge favor but taking care of your project or even by just handing you what you have already completed online. Everyone here can't really have this bad of an attitude it must be trickle down from the managers. Don't worry team soon enough the online system will replace you all and you can find something you like better.

I went through a very difficult time in my life and had to run over to this Fed Ex in the Hazard Center for emergency jobs at least 10 times. Each job I tasked them with included tons of information with multiple differing instructions and thousands upon thousands of copies and scans. And each time it was critical that these jobs were completed accurately and ASAP! Benel, among many others at this Fed Ex, took the time to listen and even write down every instruction and go over each detail, IN detail with me, to get it all correct and done fast! They contacted me with questions and updates to ensure that I knew exactly the status of each job as it was being done. They were all very caring, understanding, discreet, professional and efficient! They made the most difficult time for me a little bit easier and I am ever so grateful. Now I go here anytime I need this type of service no matter where I am located. Thank you Benel and Fed Ex. Job very well done!

I came in to drop of ready to ship packages and purchase 1 box for a shipment with a prepaid label. The drop off was seamless and the associate was friendly. The issue occurred when a different associate helped, I am assuming was the manager because they were wearing a blue checkered button down shirt. He was eager to help choose a box that would fit my books, when he has ringing me up, the total was almost $7 for a small box. When I asked if this was the price for the box, he began to explain how he had to charge extra for added packaging, assisting with packing, etc. I told him I could pack the box myself, I had packing material, and just needed a box. He kept pushing for me to understand what would happen if the box was not full and how it can break the conveyor belt, etc. I continued to explain I have packing supplies in the car and just need a box. Finally he gave in and sold me just the box. I took the box and walked over to the next counter. When I checked the box to make sure my books and label were still in there, he approached me and reminded me that I have to fill the box to ensure there is no extra room and that its listed in my terms and conditions. I said I understood and had packing in the car. I've worked consumer sales for years and understand the value of offering assistance, making recommendations, and ensure the consumer is informed. This individual could benefit from listening to their customer, asking questions to uncover their needs, make a recommendation, and listen to the decision made by the customer. Trust that customers are listening to your recommendation and ultimately are making a decision that fits their needs. There is no need to aggressively inform a customer of everything you know. Will never visit this location again.
