Very poor delivery.... my mail has been delayed for two weeks and keep giving me an unbelievable reasons. They customer service was very bad, they scheduled me appointments for pick up (date and time) and my shipment was never sent to address I was referred to. I called customer service many times and I was told that they will ship my order and I never received anything, It’s been on hold for almost two weeks. I don’t recommend DHL because you will have a bad experience

Thank you Victoria in the research department for helping me track down my lost package!!! It was urgent that I get it in my possession and she made magic happen making phone calls, getting in contact with the driver, and eventually finding my package for me!!!!! So grateful for her understanding, patience and quick thinking as we raced against the clock for facility closing time. 🙌🙌🙌🥳🥳🥳💖💖💖

Their website is not user friendly. To find customer service contact was on the page only to text a robot 🤖 that wasn’t helpful at all. I repeated my steps several times which made me more upset and didn’t make a difference. I had to google the main number then was given another number after they tracked down my package. They lied on my delivery two times that I’m aware of. Didn’t even call me the office was open that the times they stated right at the gate they take my packages also. Then I had to drive to pick up my packages because at this moment I wasn’t confident in them playing games with me. When I finally got my package from the front desk the gal said something about the front gate and not having a key. I told her the side gate was open and so was the office at those hours. Also I told her they could of called I would of just walked out because I was home and right across from the gate.
