Not so much this place but FEDEX overall period is the worst they're timing is always wrong packages are never received when originally expected they don't update the info and then always show on time as expected . Lies they change delivery date and then claim on time . How stupid is this service I will no longer purchase fromb merchants using FedEx for shipping

I went in on a Friday to have an envelope sent via Saturday delivery to MA. This was time sensitive documents. The staff was reassuring me it would get there, I pay the premium service fee. I get my tracking information and go home. Come Saturday, what a surprise, there’s no movement. I follow up and cal FedEx to find out the package was never picked up. I follow up Monday and opened up a trace, I come to find out the staff there never turned in my package! Was sitting in the office over the weekend. I get charged premium rates for horrible service. DO NOT GO HERE!
