This UPS store in particular sold me a book of 20 stamps for $21.00 !! I don't use stamps much but I needed some. When the cashier gave me the total I was a bit shocked and so I asked if stamps are actually $1 these days. Another man, maybe franchise owner or manager said "Oh yes, yeah its expensive, USPS is ridiculous, ya know the government" (paraphrase) I had a bad hunch but I needed to mail some letters so I bought them. Later at home I Googled it and what do you know; USPS stamps for letter envelopes are 0.58 cents each. I despise dishonesty and just plain thievery as such. You should too. Go somewhere else for your shipping needs, just not this branch. If their gonna rip someone off for stamps, then imagine how much extra they must tack on for other services. I hope stealing $9 from me was worth the bad and true review, because reviews make an impact. I mean look, your already way down a what 3.2 stars?

So I actually have a mailbox here. I’ve had it for 1 year and will keep it here until I leave San Diego. My packages are secure, any issues and they are in it! I’ve read some of the negative reviews and personally think they are silly. I was in the store once and I was just about to ask a Parton to leave when he started to become aggressive towards staff. Look guys, life isn’t perfect and these are people just like us. But this is a great store with friendly staff. Don’t let the negative reviews effect you. Some people are just impossible to please.

We took a passport photo in this location. The staff refused to give me my photos digital firm. I was told that each UPS has their own policies. Yes, I totally agree. Same service, they charge for $25 without digital, and the last time I took photograph in another UPS store is $15 with digital. So shameful cheating service.

Jordan, the manager, informed me that this franchise can choose to not accept items, and wrongly told me that UPS would not ship the items. I ship the same items weekly at other UPS Stores in the area, however this location has a policy about accepting items they don't want to. There were already labels on them. They meet UPS Guidelines and weight standards and just needed to be picked up by the ground driver. His power trip resulted in me driving 8 miles out of my way to ship something that every other UPS store accepts. Avoid this location, and Jordan the manager should be aware that he is turning away high paying UPS account holders. I will be filing a complaint with UPS.
