My issue was eventually but it took over 45 minutes. The two people working turned into 1 at 6pm, one full hour until close. I needed to send and have proof of where these letters were going and got told 3 times to do something that was wrong. Only reason I an not giving one star is because this guy is all by himself. He needs help. He had a huge line and a lady who decoded to come in at 6:30 to do a fancy collage and lamenting project. the line was to the door. not his fault. Management's fault.

I’ve shipped I don’t know how many packages to people all over the place from just this place. They have always been able to help me get the label printed and attached and sealed up my boxes in the most professional and courteous manner. Today I was helped by a beautiful young woman, named Ashaá I believe, and was out of there in minutes. It’s just like the post office, except faster, cheaper, and the people are genuinely happy to help. Oh yeah, nobody’s gone shooting spree here either, there’s a notable difference from the post office too.

Service was bad. I was trying to do a Amazon return, employee who was helping me looked unhappy and was short tempered with the other ups employees.

I arrived very late, 20 mins before the normally closed and they help me with every notarized copy, which took over 40 mins. I will recommend to go earlier for this kind of business, but the staff was always great.
