This location has a ridiculously outdated return system for non-Amazon return packages. Typically the QR code on the PDF return label is sufficient to generate the return label at other UPS/FedEx, however this place asked for a printed label and charged me $1.99 for using their printer to print a single page black/white return label. On the receipt, it says “computer use fee”. I assume this overpriced single page is because I had to email the label to them and a button needed to be clicked by them on their computer to print it…Also the guy helped me was very cold and showed no customer service. This will be my last (first) time coming to this UPS location.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Usually, for issues you can rely on the manager to offer assistance, but she is very dismissive and rude as well. If you ask for help, everyone talks down to you or shows obvious irritation. I have seen this not only with myself, but with many other customers as well. I really wanted to love this place because it is so close to my home, but I had to close my box because of how many things went missing before they even left the building. Very disappointed.

I've been here several times, to return packages at the UPS Store. I guess they didn't get such a great overall rating but all I can tell you is my experience, and I have been there several times, is that they are always helpful and organized and efficient. I appreciated the customer service that I got today and all I can tell you is I have really appreciated that store because things are complex to get anything done and they seem to get it done.
