• Super rude employees • It’s ridiculously expensive to print (more than $5 for ONE PAGE!) send an email, buy a box, a mailer, etc. Their prices are so absurd that you think they’re joking when they tell you how much they charge for…nothing! • They lost 2 of my packages. Luckily they were both Amazon returns, so I got refunded without questions. • I would altogether avoid this location. Go to PostalAnnex or choose FedEx.

Extremely upset with this location!!! Our business shipped 3 packages and confirmed last week when the packages were shipped that this location was open until 7pm. Arrived to pick up the packages today (the day we need them!!!) and they are closed. Now our event will not have their 250 t-shirts. 🤬

Just want to say that the MANAGER by the name SUSAN and also the employee KIM are incompetent. I came in and paid for packaging and shipping and a box for $30 dlls. The box a few days later shows up at my door. Turns out these incompetent employees poorly packaged my item, and also used a extremely bigger box to ship my item than needed , so the carrier decided to decline shipping my item and sent it back. I walk in in person and talk to KIM, and i asked for a resolution for this issue, i request to get a refund since they did a poor job and packing my item and also used a incorrect box. She refuses the refund and contacts "Susan" the manager , which also refuses to help me. I paid for a service and also a box for NOTHING! and they refused to help. Lastly i requested a replacement box to properly package my own item now , and they wanted me to purchase another box , instead of correcting their error. PLEASE don't give this place your business. NEVER going back to this rathole again. Kim and Susan were incompetent at properly handling this situation and providing excellent customer service. It was as simple as "sorry for OUR mistake, here is a new box to properly ship your item" but instead im writing this review.

Just moved here and had to pick up a package UPS brought here. There are 2 employees but only 1 is helping customers the other is just sitting on a chair behind the desk, there are 14 of us in line and the employee is taking on average 10-12 per customer, yes I’m clock watching, I mean there’s nothing else for me to do while we all just stand in this line to nowhere. Needless to say I will in the future use a different UPS store.
