Hello Miss Pink our rents are 521.00 for 28 ft or longer pull thru 480.00 for 27 ft or less and when available we have large sites for 600.00. every month there is a 35.00 sewer &water 5.00 trash and metered electrical
It's a great place to live if you like fair prices, privacy, good employees and being a stones throw from the ocean! I would recommend.

Hi Scott we have no age restrictions on trailers as long as they are clean and have working plumbing. The monthly rate varies on space size our smaller spaces rent for 500 and our largest space rents for 700. Right now we only have spaces in the 500-550 range. Yes but tiny homes are not unless they are RV certified
We are completely pet friendly, no age restrictions on RV the only thing your RV has to have is working plumbing and a nice appearance. Thank you Dennis
