It's a great place to live if you like fair prices, privacy, good employees and being a stones throw from the ocean! I would recommend.
Our monthly rates are pull thru, 550.00. Move in cost are Rent $550.00, Deposit $550.00 and $45.00 first month Utilities. After that it's $550.00 rent, $35.00 sewer/water $10.00 for trash and metered electric. Currently we are full in our pull thru. I have 2 spots left for trailers under 24 ft the are $500.00 per month + deposit $35 s/w 10 trash metered electric.
