Normally pretty good. This time however the gal tried to serve me some fries that had been sitting under the warming lights from before I walked into the store. I commented about them being "not so fresh" and the gal said that they were, to which I replied that they'd been sitting there for a while, when there were fries that had just come out of the fryer. Even then she didn't properly fill the container, as she was frustrated that I'd pointed out that the others had been sitting there for a while.

Customer service could be better. Food wasn't crispy nor fresh. Sandwiches were good but barely any cheese or meat. Bread was very soft.

Always enjoy their beef and cheddar. But I recently, little did I know all these years, that they have a HALF POUND beef and cheddar!!! Soo delicious!!! Always enjoy the Arby's sauce and horsey sauce too!!

Haven't been there in awhile and haven't tried sandwich yet but fries good and rb for my dog but just wanted to comment on people saying rude service. They are doing their job. They don't have time for touchy feely stuff so we leave them alone
