They do not accept debit or credit here!! I drove past several laundromat simply because they advertised debit and credit. You have to purchase a card with exactly two dollars and then load this card with cash. Employee has no access to cash so you would have to go across the street to get change if you don’t have EXACTLY TWO DOLLARS.

This Place is getting worse each time I come. Some of the staff is so rude and the prices are getting higher and higher. As I type this I am here washing and when I went to load my wash card it did not give me my $2 bonus so I looked over to the employee and asked her does the machine not give the bonus anymore. She told me not the one on the right and that it hasn’t for some time. I asked her if there is an issue with it why don’t they put a sign up letting customers know. She said they are not allowed to put signs on the machines. As you can see in my picture that is not the case because there is a sign saying the left machine has no cards….I asked her was there someone higher then her that I could speak to to express my concerns or a number I could call. She told me no there was nobody. So I asked her what about the owner. There has got to be someone. She told me that there wasn’t but If I like I could come in on Monday to talk to “Charlie” but he is aware of the issue. That is poor customer service. You don’t advertise something and not honor it. Had I known I would not have used my $20 bill in there and would have used exact amount. I have been coming here since they open years ago bc I liked the bonus, the service, the convenience of not having to get quarters, the the dryer size holds all my cloths at one time. Now not so much. Once my money is done on my card I definitely will be going elsewhere. I should not have to deal with rude staff that could careless when I can go somewhere that’s cheaper and has good customer service. Even if I have to deal with the hassle of quarters.

I come to cleanwave almost twice a week. Miss T is the best. She always greats me with a smile hold a conversation respectfully. The washes and the dryers work perfect

I recently was in Florida visiting from Atlanta. And needed to wash some clothes. And my experience here was really good. Theresa who works there was very friendly and nice. She was very helpful. The place was clean. All the machines were working. Definitely would come back if I need to.
