My experience at LASIK Plus (Tampa) was great! All of the staff was very helpful and professional. Although they say the procedure is about 15 minutes, it felt like I had undergone the procedure for about 5 minutes. A very quick and effective procedure, and can guarantee that you’ll be able to see again the day of. I recommend LASIK Plus to anyone who’s interested in corrective vision surgery. It’s really not that bad of a procedure/experience.

If you have the lifetime warranty, there shouldn't be any charge. But you can always call and they can review your file.
It also depends upon if you want the insurance they offer. They offer a warranty that will give you free touch ups for life.. I got mine done here in 2002 and was the best decision of my life! I've never had to have a touch up.. even if your insurance doesn't cover this many plans do give a big discount. Family member just had 1 eye done 1,700 after discount but with life time warranty included. Pre exam is completely free and very very in depth. . With some insurance it's much cheaper! They definitely are honest would not do my husband as they said he wasn't a good candidate. The doctor here is ranked at the top of list providers! We live near Ft. Myers now and came the 3 hour trip up to have my husband examined by this dr specifically. He got my mother in law from almost legally blind to seeing in perfect!! Honestly, I'm just a very satisfied patient!!
