I have a lifetime warranty from Lasik Plus as I was first of many when Lasik Plus began. What are charges to go to back now to be reassed

If you have the lifetime warranty, there shouldn't be any charge. But you can always call and they can review your file.

From my understanding there is no charge for readjustment
