This park is located right across the street from the children's museum. The park has a beautiful gazebo that overlooks the water. The gazebo is shockingly large and it provides a great amount of shade. The area wasn't busy at all, there weren't that many people there, but I've been to the museum before and I know that the area does fill up quickly. There were quite a few homeless people, which I normally wouldn't make a note of, except for the fact that one of them seemed to be groaning in pain near where we parked and trying to sleep. When we got close to the water to take photos, there were quite a few exposed needles and that's definitely not an area I'd bring our toddler. There were a lot of runners and bikers. It seems like a popular place to host a yoga class. It was hot, classic Florida, and other than the gazebo there really wasn't that much shade.

Right on the intercoastal. Nice to have a picnic and watch the big boats go by. Could use a better cleaning in the area. Noticed a couple homeless people but they didn't bother anyone. Shame the historic River house there has closed. All the water taxis were loading and unloading passengers right there too.

I happened to being in the aera and I came across this beautiful promenade Park. There is City bike rentals, a green grass area, and a stage for small concerts. there is a free small fairy ride that goes along the river. I found street parking but I'm not sure if there's a large parking lot. Look at my photos for more details and follow me on this and Instagram @Happy_Explorer_2

The boats are going very slow. I have seen paddle boats. Just make sure you were visible clothing, have a whistle or loud scream and can paddle the boat like the wicked witch of the west ( not kamala or The Speaker!) Rides her bike. Also, avoid weekends& holidays. Its awesome!
No
There's public restrooms. I don't think there's showers though.
Yes, It is very beautiful and quiet you enjoy with other people who walk their pets.
None actually in the park, but quite a variety within blocks around it. Enjoy!
Free and open 24/7 but don't go at night. Homeless people in vagrants everywhere.
On the side streets one block west of avenue of the arts on 2nd street and west las olas
