I went today with my mom for her interview, she was really nervous. Officer Avellan, O disrespected her. He told her not to show up again if she didn't know how to speak proper English because she was wasting their time. And also he said that she does not have to pay anything for that as if they were paying for her. Horrible costumer service.

I went there for 2 days in a row. 1 for my citizenship interview which was great and she was extremely nice, then I had to come back to reschedule my ceremony day and I thought they were going to give me hard time but actually it worked out better for me because they schedule my ceremony 2 days after. Yes! Expect to be there 2 hours because they take care of hundreds of people everyday with different cases, specially if you go there without an appointment. But it was all worth it Great service.

I am so grateful for a special treatment i received at the center. I am a week from giving birth, so they let me go without the line for my biometrics and the whole process took no longer than 15 minutes from start to finish. Very friendly staff!

With these places, all you wanna do is get in and out. This place runs a lot faster then expected from an agency. The officers are helpful and the naturalization ceremonies are fun to be a part of. I mean, if you go here it's because you have to, but this place runs smooth so it's OK
