A year ago I came to this country and this children a family helped me a lot, Mr. Jesús with a super good and very warm attention. I always do my renewal online until today when I had to go in person and a man with very bad attention attended me at the Front Desk, he gets annoyed if you ask him why there are terms that the user does not have to know even if he tells you in Spanish being even despot for the language. It is very sad to meet this type of worker and that he still attends to people who many arrive disoriented because they start paperwork from scratch in the country. That only some go there to be guided, not mistreated by a person who does not have the most important quality that is kindness to another person.

Terrible attention all the officials give different explanations. They themselves have the disorder with the people they send them to get on a list that takes days to be attended to. They should put online appointments to take out and it would be easier and less disorder

They take a long time to attend and the lines are very long, so what do you have to dial the day before, even to change a password, it seems to me disrespectful when there are appointment programs in this country.
