The worst office

I am waiting two years now for one of our clients to get rescheduled for a Naturalization Interview. The Miami District Office does not seem to be as accessible or “customer service” oriented as other Field Offices I deal with on a reputable basis.

Excellent service in this office!!! Today I went with my mother for the interview, for citizenship, she is in a wheelchair and was treated with respect, cordiality and kindness to the elderly. Thank you! Worthy of admiration and significance, not being the case in other offices of this dependency.

Have a parking lot n also parking spaces infront the building ..
I am an immigration attorney. The local field office won't provide you with a case number. You should receive a case number in the mail. If you don't receive it, go to USCIS.gov and obtain assistance.
They will not attend you if you do not have an appointment. Call by phone or the person who is doing the immigration papers
No sir, it is open but with appointments
No
