Tried getting help here because the Chillicothe branch can't seem to find my house half the time. I literally watch them deliver stuff to a store 1 block from me and then drive by my house oblivious to the numbers on the front of it. Was transferred to customer service from Corp and got nowhere with that... The whole reason I order things for delivery is because I don't want to go get them but have to go to Chillicothe to pick up my stuff that someone is being paid to deliver... Are you guys hiring because I can probably handle driving around and not delivering people their packages... Save yourself a headache and use FedEx.

Paid alot of money to have packaged delivered next day by noon. UPS didnt deliver until 2 days later. Customer service and supervisors are paid to offer no assistance. Still trying to get my refund. There should be a ZERO rating! They dont even deserve the 1 star. I will never use UPS again!

I love how you’ve got such a low rated company you refuse to allow complaints to be submitted anywhere except google. Your employees are going to cost you millions specifically because they refuse to follow shipping instructions. Specialty pharmacy medication upwards of $50,000 a month signature required, and they don’t even knock on the door. 👍great job, I don’t use you unless I HAVE to. I’ve given enough chances these meds come up missing, it’ll be worth a lawyer.

Don't use the UPS store in Bay Ridge, Bklyn (location near 82nd&5th Ave). I trusted the owner/manager to package and ship Xmas to my relative. I was furious to find out they didn't ship the gifts and now they're MIA! To add insult to this, they sent someone else's items to my relative! I had insurance, but after reading the reviews, the will probably not honor the claim. I will reach out to my local representatives if this lingers. Going forward, I will use another reliable carrier.
