I had a new love seat delivered on Jan,30 within 4 days the fabric on the front of the 2 cushions were rippled. I didn't like that since it was brand new! I am the only person in my house so only I was sitting on it. I called so many times to get a Customer Service Dept. Finally on Feb.13 I got a call back saying "The manufacturer says that s what the fabric does!" I have no receipt... they never gave me one and there is nothing on the website that says THERE ARE NO REFUNDS..or that the FABRIC RIPPLES! I I will dispute the charge! Customer Service awful! t

Don't buy here. Really poor customer service. I ordered a chair and ottoman in September. While I didn't want to split the order, they assured me it was okay to take delivery of the chair and that the ottoman would arrive no later than 10/10. It is now scheduled to "maybe" arrive the end of November. They use a third party to deliver their products, so my order has been sitting in Mexico waiting for a driver. They have no control over their inventory because they use third parties for transportation. This is ground transportation, has nothing to do with the ships trying to get into the port. Yes there is a shortage of drivers, but if they had their own fleet, maybe they could manage it. I asked if I could buy the one off the floor and was told no - they need it to show other customer's They do not care about filling the existing orders because they get paid upfront - to heck with the customer. Customer is just stuck. If you ask them a direct question, they only quote what is going on in the "world". I will never shop here again, and I guess I can only hope the rest of my order someday gets delivered. Just as a note, I purchased a home this year and had to furnish every room. I did not experience this problem with any other company. Yes it took longer to get the items, but the other companies had a handle on their process and delivered within the quoted timeframes. Yes, they respond with email jerrycares.......but that accomplishes nothing. they care nothing about customer satisfaction. Once they get our dollar they could care less if you ever get the product. Never shop there again. I am stuck with half an order and can't return the half I received. Complete lip service from their Laguna Hills location.

I purchased a sectional in the middle of June 2021 and it was said to be in stock in early July 2021. Every time I go online to track my order it continues to be pushed back. As of now it's expecting it to be in stock in October but I won't bet on it. I've reached out to the customer service and I was told to wait due to the shipment being stuck in ports in Long Beach. I don't understand why Jeromes continues to sell product they don't have and which creates upset customers. How long do they expect me to wait for an item I've already paid for? I have no couch in my house since I was preparing for my new couch to be delivered. It's absolutely ridiculous. So beware of this before making a purchase with them. Who knows when you will get that item. Don't fall for them telling you it will be delivered at a certain date, it's lie to get your hard earned money in their pockets.

Yup! They are liars. I’ve been waiting 6 months. Really, 6 months!! They are the worst!!!
I'm having this same issue. I purchased their warranty and am being told that the warranty only covers accidental damage, and this is a manufacturing issue, so it's not covered. The company is basically admitting they are selling garbage that they won't stand behind, even after I paid extra to make sure I'd be covered. I will never purchase from them again.
