I'm having this same issue. I purchased their warranty and am being told that the warranty only covers accidental damage, and this is a manufacturing issue, so it's not covered. The company is basically admitting they are selling garbage that they won't stand behind, even after I paid extra to make sure I'd be covered. I will never purchase from them again.

this is happening to us right now. everytime i call the store they say it's not their dept, no return call. i have call 20 different numbers.
