Rude, snarkyy drive through employees who tried to second guess what I wanted when barely opening my mouth and got it wrong each time in a recent order. I decided to order online for this time. Then, when picking up my $18 order to visit my sick friend at Tampa General Hospital, I discovered this Wendy's Hyde Park area crew didn't include my bonus online app 10 pack chicken nuggets I ordered. Additionally, they forgot a few condiments I asked for. I had to go after my hospital visit into the restaurant to talk with their manager who graciously understood my predicament and gave me my bonus chicken nuggets to take home. Thanks for doing the right thing and perhaps I'll give them a try again sometime soon with paying on the app. Need to try this with my neighborhood Wendy's in the Brandon suburbs east of the city who usually get the order correct the first time.

Great spot for a quick bite to eat. Always neat and clean. The employees are very friendly and helpful and the food is always on time and hot. I've never had a problem here except that I wish they were open late so can get some food while I'm delivering Uber Eats on a bicycle. But it's cool I can always come in during the daytime and order what I want. I've been eating Wendy's since I was a kid and I'm glad the are still around.🌀
