We moved out September 2021. I see our old layout is now over 1900 a month? That’s crazy. We paid 1350 and we honestly still felt that was overpaying for what you get. Yes, it’s a decent size and has a nice kitchen and bathroom. Parking SUCKS near the O building because so many buildings are right there. If you didn’t get off work by 3 you are parking far. I would almost prefer assigned parking so you can actually get a spot near your place. Also when we first got the apartment (only got to see it via video due to COVID) they promised it only had carpet in the bedroom but there was carpet everywhere. We did see quite a few roaches but they tried to claim it was “water bugs” but did dent pest control quickly. Probably because we were the second floor it didn’t get too bad. The people in the office were always super helpful though but I have seen them be nasty to tenants they didn’t like. One of our friends also lived here and they basically drove her out by increasing her rent 500. When it came time to give our notice or renew they never increased ours so I’m not sure what their bias was. We left because we moved but probably would have stayed. Just simply would not rent this place for as much as they’re advertising it now due to the pest, parking, and aesthetic of the apartment.

Today 23 Dec 2021 they called my boyfriend that my music was strong, I was not in the apartment. The surprising thing is that the neighbor upstairs makes a ridiculously surprising noise from her bed omg her feet stomped without strong and the time is 2: am this is daily and we complain but she continues making the same noise she does not care that we get up to work very At dawn we occupy sleeping at night she perhaps sleeps during the day the point is here the renters are discriminated against or it is my imagination. I lived in the E building… Bee’s came into my apartment through a hole in roof vent!!! They did absolutely nothing! Had to wait a week for the office to someone out to fix it. They did not refund me for the hotel. The bee’s were in my two year old daughters room.

My lease is done this month.. I've been trying to get ahold of the office by phone and by email since 2 months ago in order to figure out about renewing. I haven't heard back from anyone to this day. I still call every other day at different times and no one ever picks up the phone.. My scanner to both the front and back gate have stopped working, I even tried to scan it at the scanner by the office to "reset" it and it no longer works.. I now have to wait outside the gate for another resident to scan theirs in order for me to even get on the property. I would really appreciate a call back in order to resolve my lease and renew as well as fix my scanner.
