They closed 8 minutes early, as we were walking up to the store. I explained that we'd driven all the way to the mills just for Claire's, for my young daughters. I asked if they'd please make an exception, I pointed out that it's not even closing time yet, and the girl did not care whatsoever. Very disappointed. I manage 2 stores in surrounding malls... We make those exceptions all the time. This is just bad customer service from a girl who has no customer empathy.

On Saturday I went to Ontario Mills my daughter loves going to Claire’s. My daughter walked in and I was talking with my husband as to where we were going to meet after we were done I was standing by the entrance and a rude girl that worked there very rude said You need to come in or go out pretty loud embarrassing and rude so we left never experienced bad customer service in these stores before. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or simply didn’t want to be there but that is not the customers fault.

My daughter got her ears pieced here and the staff was so great and caring. She said it didnt even hurt! They were amazing
