Should update the time to closes at midnight on Wednesday. If your closed just say it. Instead of keeping yourself open on the app and when people come to pick up you have the drive through blocked off with vehicles for unloading the truck. Would never ordered and wasted my time driving.

Multiple visits have been terrible in the drive-through. The person taking the order simply says what do you want and tells you to pull forward. When they open the window and I say hello they don’t respond but just tell me the price. I want to leave feedback on their website but I haven’t gotten a receipt the past two times. I feel like I’m inconveniencing them just by being a customer.

Went through drive-thru on 5/16/2022 at about 9:36 p.m. been on the road all day ordered three biggie bags two with a double stack one with a junior bacon cheeseburger and three sweet teas we only got the burgers and the fries the burgers were cold fries were cold chicken nuggets were missing out of the bag tried to call the restaurant multiple times have been trying to call for the past hour nobody answers not only did that but they also had construction and had all of the entrances blocked where you couldn't get in or out of it absolutely the horrible place the girl never gave me the receipt when we paid and then the lady when she handed the wooden food out the window didn't say thank you didn't say anything just hand me the food and shut the window horrible place will never eat there again horrible service I get it I know fast food worked in fast food but fast food doesn't mean Express food and missing items maybe this review maybe I'll be able to get through to somebody

I have noticed they have been going down in the quality of service. Lately they have been messing up orders or the food has been slightly warm. I am usually happy with wendy's but not lately. Take today , so I order big bacon classic and I received an awful burger with bbq sauce and onion rings on it. Unfortunately I didn't have time to take it back I needed to go to work! Not happy at all. It might be awhile before I go back ! I want what I pay for, and not to be disappointed in what I receive.
