It can be a nightmare looking for a new apartment but all that ended the second I walked into their door! Alberto was a dream and was so nice and helpful. I also had the pleasure to speak to Mary who was just a doll! This is the type of management team you want at your apartments. The renovations are everywhere, you can tell the new owners are making huge changes. I'm very excited to call Skyler Point Apartments my new home!

When you rent an apartment for $1079 a month, and the fees add up to another $131 dollars that includes NO LATE FEES AT ALL. This is not where you want to be in this economy. No transparency. The lease doesn't mean a thing without a lawyer. I'm putting in my move out notice. Too bad, because I paid the rent and the parking fee on 6/29, and at 9 am 7/1 no further due. But by noon, another 97.00?? Seriously? Oh, by the way, they take the fees out of your rent payment FIRST, then they can charge you more for the rent. So illegal. 1/2 of the fees they charge are NOT disclosed in the lease.....like the "package fee" and the "gas fee" when your apartment has no natural gas!

Resident for 7 years. New lease is adding over a 7% increase. New management started in Nov 2021 is horrible and self serving. They texted about an issued with vandals and offered $100 to help them find criminal. What a self serving ask that could pose danger or backlash to residents. My family has had three car break-ins during our seven years here. They keep charging me Parcel Pending service fee even though the lock boxes have not been operational for over 6 months. I keep asked them to remove the service charge but it keeps being added to my bill. The security gate is broken 80% of the time. Dumpsters are overflowing often; when it rains the trash just floats around parking area. You will have to pay for covered parking for each vehicle at $35 a car because 90% of the parkinglot is covered. When I moved in every unit was issued one free covered parking, but no longer. They just added new black window screens that block out 80% of natural light. Makes the apartment interior feel like it is always 6pm and overcast; feels depressing. They have not had an operational gym for over three years even though it was one of our requirements in selecting complex. They repainted, removing the orange trim, painted over with black. Now the apartments are black and grey. I now live in gothic town.

I moved into my apartment mid April 2022 and I absolutely love my apartment. I worked with Tiffany from the beginning and she was awesome! She went above and beyond to get everything secured for my move-in. The view from my porch is beautiful and my newly renovated apartment is gorgeous. Other than having to wait for my dishwasher to still be replaced, everything has been wonderful. I would also like to give a shout out to everyone in the front office for doing a spectacular job and also to the maintenance crew. This is a great place to live!

Good luck with that ...they seem not to care about anything there I'm getting out because the manager has a bad attitude n not cares for anyone who lives there plenty of people r getting out n if I was you move too....plus what I heard they where on the news last year for mold issues n other things......i have a black stain of mold because they took months to clean my apartment for mold ....if I was u get out n go some where else
