Not worth it. I visit Houston often to see family. I'm planning a lengthy trip in the fall and hoped this place would be a good option with a kitchenette, free breakfast, etc. The kitchenette had NO PLATES NO UTENSILS NO pans pots or any other cooking implements. Nor was there an in room coffee maker. The lobby had a disappointing "grab and go" breakfast consisting of lukewarm water that wasn't suitable for steeping my tea, and packaged oatmeal. There were NO SPOONS to attempt to eat the oatmeal with, which was immensely frustrating given the total lack of utensils in my room. The room itself had an air and smell of old gym. Our door had so much play in it I think it could have easily been broken into. I was also told the pool was closed. Everything that I chose this hotel for was the worst possible quality, something I didn't expect from this brand. Next time I'll stay at home 2 suites which is just across the parking lot. There are better options just steps from the door.

Ronnie at front desk is so helpful and made our stay enjoyable! The price Is low here bc the rooms are older. If you need an affordable place with more space it's a decent size one bedroom suite with great service from Ronnie and the team! I always was able to get extra towels and help coming in and out of the hotel (bc the doors don't auto open and when you have a trolly for an extended Stay it's not a functional entrance). The pool was closed due to covid, the one bedroom suite does have a door and is way more Sq feet than what is advertised but the door is glass so u can still see through to the bedroom? I would stay here if your on a budget and you need more working space. We eventually had to go a few hotels down for a longer stay bc we wanted a more modern king size suite with a privacy door for the bedroom, breakfast, and to use the pool but we are paying a bit more per night, so get what you pay for. The place was as expected for the weekend rates with the exception of great service, thank you Ronnie!

Beds were comfortable. Room was overall acceptable in terms of “cleanliness”. The Front desk staff were professional. Would return in the future. Room #211: A/C Unit in Bedroom needs service. Grossly lacks cooling capability.

My visit to Webster TX was awesome thanks to all the fine staff at Extended Stay NASA. They make you feel at home here and are quick with a nice greeting or farewell. I especially appreciated Stephanie, Sandra & Jackie!!! The room was very clean, the bed was soft and the full size fridge & microwave are great for making a nice meal, without leaving your room. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family!
