Why does the delivery driver need to see my name on the card that I payed with to compare with the receipt? I don't get that

First ... What the heck are you all doing making a Pizza hut use DoorDash??? They walked in another bldg and set my pizza down and Bag and all and walked out!!! Didnt call like they were supposed too, and Never made me sign for my CC. Second... SERIOUSLY Pizza Hut, $5 for a Delivery charge that you DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR??? That is ridiculous, delivery makes your business since you got rid of all the amazing restaurants, and you don't even share that with the Drivers... Thats THEIR TIP, for their gas, and wear & tear on their vehicles!!! I have been ordering at least once to twice a week from my neighborhood Pizza Hut for more than 10 years, and that will be NO MORE!!!! No wonder small Artisan Pizza Places are popping up and doing so well... Goodbye Pizza Hut...Sad!

I always ask that my pizzas be cooked well done and usually its still not well done although always still tastes good. I just like my pizzas cooked more. This last time I asked for my pizzas to be cooked extra crispy and it was PERFECT and tasted awesome and professionally delivered. Thank you for the hard work you guys do!!!

Detroit style is my new favorite here at Pizza Hut. I ordered on the app, and chose curbside pickup. Getting the pizza seems to be a little tricky. I checked into the app, the app told me to call. No one picked up. A sign in front of the parking spot gives a different number. I call that one, it rings over 10 times and someone picks up, and they bring it out. I wish the pickup was a little easier on the employees, but the pizza is exactly what I wanted.
