On Thursday, my tank on the toilet cracked, I called and my tank was replaced and everything was back to normal all within a two hour time frame…the maintenance team was professional and efficient at completing the task. Great job, thanks and keep It up!!

My husband and I moved back home to Texas from SC with our baby boy and the move-in process was pleasant and smooth. The staff, especially Amanda, is very friendly, patient, and willing to help. (I am one of those people who ask a million questions) The community is quiet and beautiful! I am enjoying my apartment home! ❤️

Moving into Emerson Park has been an amazing experience. From the start, I was so impressed with the leasing staff; my current roommate and I had been searching for days with no luck, and Abbey helped us get the perfect apartment. She was friendly and and transparent throughout the entire process and made sure we got what we were looking for. I've really enjoyed living here, and I'm so glad I had Abbey's help with getting this lease.

I lived here for almost a year and for the most part it was a decent place to live. Though for the price, things could be better. When we first moved in, our apartment had not been cleaned prior to our move in! There was food in the fridge, light fixtures hanging, the vents were CAKED with dust, and my brand new vacuum was completely FULL just from vacuuming the living room the first day we moved in (See pictures, I had already dumped some in the trash at this point). I had to put in a request to have our apartment cleaned since it was never done. Our locks had also not been changed yet upon move in, we had to wait around for them to come by to change them. Very unorganized. The office staff never answer the phones or your emails, instead of replying to an email they call you back?!.. Seems a bit sketchy as if they do not want a paper trail. They always answer everything in a circle, never direct answers. The valet trash is a joke, half of the time they do not even take your trash and there is no option to opt out of the “service”. I don’t understand the “pest fee” that was charged monthly as I never once saw anyone out spraying for pests and we had to request on two occasions for them to come to the apartment because of ants and I’m talking there were a ton of ants. The internet options for this facility are terrible, we lost internet connection almost daily! Quite sure we were scammed on our final water bill as it was double what we normally paid a month and we were not even living in our apartment for the last month and a half that we were renting! Parking was also terrible, we paid for covered parking because we knew there was no way we would find any by the time we got home. Also, keep in mind, once you have opted in for covered parking you CANNOT opt out! How insane is that???? I’m sure had a resident wanted to ADD on the parking at a later date they would have NO issue at all with that, but let you try and stop giving them money and they won’t allow it. Always hidden fees.
