My package arriving from overseas and required signature was left at the wrong address next to the door. Explanation provided by DHL was that package was mislaid and could not be located. I drove around the neighborhood and found it 7 days later at the neighbors who were vacationing. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I ordered my package from India via DHL and this package came to USA and was out for delivery. I received a message from the company that this package is out for delivery. But we did not receive the package on the day. Because it was Friday that day and their service closed on Saturday and Sunday, I called on Monday and they said they will deliver a package on Monday. I did not receive anything on Monday. Next day again I called but they said they going to deliver it today but they did not. On Wednesday, I found that my package is missing and they delivered my package in the Amazon warehouse . I called DHL so many times but they were unable to find my package. One day the customer service said to file the claim as they were unable to find the package or locate the package. I was so mad and frustrating because I really want my package so I waited. For two weeks I was constantly calling them emailing them but I did not get any response from them. They stop answering my calls by saying my number. Today I receive a call from DHL facility in Ontario California to collect the package as the recovered from the Amazon . That was a great news for us. We went over there to collect our package. Four ladies were already sitting over there to collect their package because DHL already delivered to the wrong warehouse Amazon. The ladies waiting for the package in DHL warehouse told me that your package was wrongly hand over to them by DHL staff and they accidentally signed for it. But the ladies were so nice they handled package to me. Please don’t use them. They don’t care about you and your parcel. Stay away from this company. They will really gonna mess up. This is the second time they did this with us. First time lost package we never received.

I came here to drop a prepaid package. No one is in the front, and I ring the bell and waited for 15 minutes finally someone come and opened my package and make a copy of my ID. Very bad customer service experience.

!! LOOK AT THE REVIEWS !! i wish i could give this mail service zero star, but one will do. Terrible and useless service. I bought a package since November and haven’t received it yet. They’re in Ontario I’m in Santa Ana which is about a 40 minute drive and they’re taking to long to deliver. calling their facility for help or have information on your package is useless. I called and they said they don’t have the package with them or any of their facilities. How is that even possible when there’s a label with a DHL express tracking number. Well it tuns out they completely lost the package. With that said there’s no doubt that their employees are stealing the packages once they see it’s of value or they like it. I highly do not recommend DHL for anything, unless you want your packages stolen from you. Stay away from using their services wether you’re a big company, individual, anyone in general. Do not use this service to handle your packages. And those 5 star reviews you all see I’m pretty sure it’s their employees. Stay away from DHL
