My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday and until now nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!anf now says no exactly estimated time of arrival...!!!!!what kinda shipping is that!!!!

It starts at the top. We are a good customer and you would think that DHL would automatically do something for there customers for such poor service. From the top down they need to rethink how they take of their customers, who pay they salaries and can determine their future.

Call them and go pick it up better.

DHL is swamped and overwhelmed. Their delivery time is terrible right now.
