The slowest store ever I’ve been there several times and stood outside atleast 30 minutes to be seen and every time I leave they want to let people in this the third time. I will drive to the valley to a T-Mobile store if I have to but this one never again

I had to write a review because this was the best customer service experience I've ever had at a phone store...like ever. I'm used to walking in and there's one or 2 people stationed at the register and they don't say much. And I usually have to wait in line behind others to ask a question or getting help felt like I was like pulling teeth. At this Crenshaw location, they had multiple people working the floor & I saw each person in there get individual attention. The young guy that helped me showed me all the available options based off my criteria. When I walked in & when I left, even the other clerks that I didn't speak with greeted me and gave well wishes at my departure. Even though I didn't make a purchase, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service displayed.

Horrible Service. As i walk in no one acknowledges me. On top of that i have to wait for hours and i am forced to argue with 3-4 Reps before i can get service. The manager Richard was no help and when asked who would help me he would just look around play on his phone and say ill get someone for you. Talk about getting your priorities straight. If management is this lazy i can see why most workers decide to follow his lead.
