Had a terrible experience at this AT&T store. I was traveling fort two weeks in the US and needed to have data to help me with directions and other things when coming back to my country. Went there because a friend said it would be better to go to an official store to avoid scams. I got a prepaid sim card with "unlimited data for 30 days" for $75. I was in LA for only one day as my final destination was Washington D.C, so I just grabbed the sim and got on my connecting flight. It worked on the first week, but I noticed that after 1 or 2 h of use, I started receiving strange iMessage messages and calls. I thought it was a sim card that had been already used or that maybe it had a problem, but I wasn't sure. After one week, the sim card stopped working. I tried calling customer service and they told the number that was assigned to my sim was not prepaid and somebody owned that number already. I called this store and they didn't help at all and just told me to go another store and see what they could do there. I went to another store in Maryland and even though I had all the documents showing that I had bought the sim card from this "authorized" store, they said that they couldn't do anything as the sim card number was a business line. In the end, I felt robbed by AT&T and even thought it was a mistake from the staff of this store, they didn't solve my problem neither helped me with getting a refund. Their solution was to buy another sim card. I will never get a sim card from AT&T again..and I'll make sure that all my family and friends avoid this scam.

I met Jessica in this store and she was the best I could hope for. she spent almost 3 hours trying to understand nu needs and helper me in the best way she could to satidfy me. I feel she needs a rause best employee of the month or something..She iş an arret and she promotes your store 'ın the best way. I love her.

I got a prepaid sim card in this location, the service was great. The rep got my device working right away. However, there was another traveler in the store, her device wasn't working because her phone was not compatible because her device was from another country. I want to give the rep his credit because he spent over a hour trying to help her out. In behalf of that customer I want to thank you for going above and beyond for taking care of your customer even when they're wrong.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The store manager was very kind and knowledgeable. They fixed the problem I was having with my phone within minutes. I'm very happy with my experience in this location.
