While I do not currently live here, I took a tour of the property yesterday afternoon and was met with the greatest hospitality from Daisy at the front! She was extremely helpful and very transparent about what to expect when moving into Steeplechase. From my experience, it was a peaceful community with great access to trails and an adorable pond.

I have lived here for 2 years now and it has been great. It was just ok at first but after the new ownership there has been a drastic improvement all around and all they hard work they have put in to make improvements really show. I will also say the fast response to repairs and issues from the ice storm last year was impressive and handled so well.

DONT!!! If your thinking about moving here do not. I moved into there "new" renovated apartment and 90% of the apartment was either put together very poorly and falling apart and halfway put together and falling apart. I've had to wait almost my entire lease to get anything fixed and the apartment is still falling apart everyday. And even now they just towed my vehicle without warning because my wheel is bent and getting fixed. So now I have to come out of pocket to get my car and still fix it and praying there is no damage. The office staff is very unhelpful. If I cloud give 0 stars I would. After my lease is up I will definitely not be staying here and any location the people own. I have even more things I could talk about but please don't waste your time or money. It may be somewhat cheap but definitely not worth saving $100 or $200 and getting a better apartment complex. Update 12/20/2021 The door above my shower is now falling and what looks like black mold is falling all over my bathtub/shower which is extremely bad for you health. Update 1/26/2022 The smoke detector closest to the bathroom doesn't work and was supposed to be replaced 5 years ago.
