Ridgeview Ranch Golf Course

I live very close to Ridgeview, but have never played it. I didn't miss out on much. The layout is decent, but nothing spectacular. Range is average, with chipping green only having one green and a few balls. Greens on the course are some of the worst greens I have ever played on and probably added a couple strokes onto my card. This course is OK, but nothing special.

Played 18 today and it was my first time here. The greens were in poor condition and seemed like they had measles. It was really hard to putt at these bumps / weeds would cause the ball to bounce or deflect. Also, there seemed to be some issue with urinating on the course as there were signs EVERYWHERE about not peeing outside. Finally, about half the bunkers were under renovation so not playable. Pro shop staff were super friendly - that’s why 3 stars and not 1.

We had a great time here today. We used the driving range, the putting green, and we hung out at the clubhouse for a cocktail. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was super easy as well. We’ll definitely be back to try out the course.

This golf course maintenance has been neglected for the past two years, greens are full of weeds so don't even try to get a reading because you will never get a consistent roll. Tee boxes bearly have any grass. Yet they keep charging top $$$. A round of golf in this course with the current condition should not cost more than $40. I hope the management will get it together soon as the course has a really good layout.
