Just bought flip plops from Kohl's store and customer service was good. They don't have my size from east side of McKinney store but ask from Kohl's worker if they had them in different location in Custer and McDermot location. Sure enough they had them. Thanks

purchased from this store and did payment on same time but they put charge in my account and keep on getting payment reminders. Store manger said i need to contact card management and card session said i need to contact store, no one taking responsibility and resolving issues.

Great location. I always bring all my Amazon returns here. The customer service is always great. They will take expired Kohl's Cash for up to 10 days after the expiration. Tip: Get the Kohl's Credit Card and regularly save 30% on purchases.

Its a good store for apparels but I have found that the stuff here hardly changes. The good thing about the store is that it has an amazon kiosk for returning it2ms to amazon. It gets crowded during festivals with some good deals. They have a good collection of watches, glasses and rings. I particularly love the kids apparel section and also the huge discounts they offer on shoes 👞. You may find some interesting in-store deals during Thanksgiving too. Their return section is usually crowded so do not visit the store for returns during peak hours and rather plan to go in afternoon during weekdays for the returns. They don't have good selection if toys and electronics so would not suggest visiting it for toys or electronics
