I wanted flowers to arrive same day for my mom who was having a heart procedure done. I wasn't sure when she'd be home from the hospital (I live in DC) and the good people at Flowerama took such care in ensuring the flowers looked beautiful and arrived right when she got home. Great service and beautiful flowers! Will definitely order from them again!

Ordered flowers for a friend in a local hospital in Plano. Found out she had been checked out of the hospital by the delivery folks. I called back and learned they do not deliver to her home area so offered my money back which I accepted and then planned to call a local florist to place the order again. Within 3 minutes of getting off the phone with them I got a call back where they offered to transfer the order to a local florist that would deliver, saving me time and billing, etc. Throughout my out of state experience with the folks at Flowerama, they were extremely pleasant to speak with and made my life much easier. They even followed up and sent me a photo of the arrangement that was delivered and brought some joy to my friend. I would call on them again without hesitation. Thank you folks for demonstrating wonderful customer service.

Loved their magical fairy dog flower arrangement they had in their website !!! Was a surprise gift for my mothers birthday and she loved it !! Was a reasonable price for the small medium size arrangement . Other than that I’m very happy with this purchase !! :)

So today is my wedding anniversary, and I decided to be a bit more fancy this year. I dropped my wife to a salon and nails, then I went to get some roses. This is my first time to buy roses here and I asked for 3 dozens of rose and the receptionists recommended me to get some sunflowers too. So I asked for 2 dozens and 4 sunflowers since 3 dozens might be too big for it. I also picked up chocolate and candle to pay at the counter. However the receptionist charged me for 3 dozens price, so I asked if they can give me a refund. FYI, she is probably new because she charged me $25 each for deluxe when she told me each dozen only cost $20, but I was in a rush and I did not want my wife wait in the salon so I did not say anything. She told me she can only refund it back through cash, so she gave me $24 in bills and $1 with coins. I asked where is the tax from the $25 since they charged me that too. The other receptionist told me it's only a dollar something and acting like what is the big deal. I know it is actually 2 dollars and some, and it is not a big deal tbh, but I got extra charged and the way she said it was just to another level. I was really mad at the moment, but what else should I do? I did not want to argue with the ladies and the old guy back in the counter acting like nothing happened. In about a minute later she offered to get me back the change and I kindly declined it. I really wanted to leave not only because my wife is about to finish her hair and nails, but I felt truly disrespected. I dropped some tips for the receptionist who wrap my flower and left. Overall the cost was really high consider the flowers and service. The service I received was lower than average to be modest. The flowers are nice, but not much better than Costco to be honest. I really didn't want to leave any negative reviews to any local shop, so I tried to contact the owner twice after my reservation at the restaurant. The receptionist kept saying he is not there and I did not want to waste my time for the flower any longer. I am for sure not coming back to this location ever! I strongly recommending y'all not to come here as well, you can get much better service at other location for sure based on my experience or if you guys want a lower budget option Costco is fine as well!! The picture included cost me about $106 almost $107 after the "refund" and of course not included tips!
