I walked into the shop desperately needing help and direction with picking out tile for a guest bath remodel. I'm very indecisive so I needed a strong lead. I found one with Ashley Campos. She put together a beautiful look but I wanted something a little different. She kept up with me via messages and when I was ready to look again, she was out sick. I worked with Lee, the store manager, who was also very good. I will be making final decisions this weekend with Ashley. She is unstoppable at customer service and it's refreshing to see a young lady with such enthusiasm to help others be happy with their purchase, not just sell them something.

Went here for the first time after using others stores because I want to see what they have, its being a month and still don’t have some of my tile, they gave my order wrong the first time and now my floor tile is still missing or lost or who knows where …. Would not recommend this place to my clients either this particular project was for my own house but I would hate to my clients trough something like this.

I would also like to give Shane Sweeney, one of the employees 5 stars! We've been in several times and Shane is always the first to ask if we need assistance. The first time we visited the store on a random late Wednesday afternoon, it wasn't busy and all the employees were at the main desk. We started to browse and within five minutes Shane approached to see if we needed any help. We talked with him, he gave us more time to browse and then we reconvened. Shane offered suggestions and provided us with knowledge regarding many of the products we had interest in. Easy cleaning is super important to me and he told me how each product could be cleaned and with what cleaning products. We've been in three times and each time Shane has been extremely helpful and seems to be very enthusiastic about tile design. We ended up sharing photos with him from our first project because he said he hadn't seen that particular product installed. The third time we were in he told us he had shared our photos with several other customers. He has made suggestions and given us helpful tips and tricks. We've had a great experience at this location. We feel like it's a very low pressure sales experience as well. We don't ever feel like the sales associates are overbearing. When you are making a commitment to something that will be in your house for many years, it's beneficial to have space and time to think, brainstorm and design.

My wife and I recently completed a major renovation of washroom/kitchen/wetbar/2 fireplaces and 4 baths. Please take my advice regarding tiles: go to other stores, review selection and get their prices. Then go The Tile Shop and do business with them. They have more selections, competitive pricing and without a doubt the most friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had the pleasure of working with Nicki and our main designer and customer service rep, Jose Rodriguez. Jose was more than patient with us from start to finish (5 months). On countless occasions he would display several tiles and rearrange them according to our discriminating taste, lighting of the room and other factors. When we were at a loss regarding design, he would offer other options and rearrange layouts to find the perfect combination that compliments our needs and budget. Jose is very talented with a unique eye for design. I have absolutely no reservations in giving my highest recommendation of The Tile Shop in Plano and their team, with special accolades to Jose Rodriguez. Well done!
