I love living at Link at Plano Apartments and downtown Plano. The stores, restaurants and coffee shops, train station, my fav auto repair shop (Sav Mor), and more are so convenient. I've had some snafus at my apartment, but the office and maintenance staff are always ready to help and have done their best to minimize and resolve the issues.

Just got taken over by a new company and I was hit with a lease violation fee already! I don’t even know what I allegedly did, but this has never happened with the previous owners (shocker)! Probably trying to push out the old residents so they can upgrade my unit and rent it for $1500 more! Shameful behavior!

I am starting my 3rd year here and love it. It has just been purchased by a new company and so many fun changes are being made. It really nice to see it being cleaned up and cared for like it should have been all along. Anthony and Erica in the office are so kind and helpful. Anthony is always willing to help with any questions I have. Of course there are drawbacks to any older property, but to me it just adds to the charm. I love being downtown and hearing live music on the weekends and walking to grab coffee or a meal. It's been such a wonderful place to call home.

Noise from the dog park is unbearable. Be prepared to be woken up at all hours of the night from people slamming the gate open and shut and their dogs barking as late as 3 am. What happened to strict dusk until dawn hours? The maintenance guys are awesome and keep it clean and are friendly. These are the only reasons I gave 2 stars. Haven’t gotten one full night of sleep since moving in here. People go out all the time between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am on their phones on speaker, drunkenly yelling, and leave their dogs barking in the park. Exhausting.
