I was going to lease here because of price and area until I read the reviews from now up to 3yrs back. Too many people complaining about roaches. I can do a roach here and there but more than that is a no. Owner if you’re reading this, you need to fix this. Every week every apt needs to be sprayed. At least every 2wks to get control of the issue. I lived somewhere where they did this so I know it’s possible.

I moved here September of 2021 and this has by far been the worst place I have EVER lived in my 27 years of living. All of the buildings are infested with roaches. Pest control have been out SEVERAL times and they still want go away. I’ve spent over $200 on my own products that supposed to get rid of them. I keep my house clean. I don’t even use my kitchen because I’m terrified of the roaches! Also, besides the roaches maintenance is HORRIBLE! The police are always out here alot as well. I think for domestic reasons, idk. But please save your money and move else where. This is the worst place to move to and I am now contacting the local news and whoever else because this is terrible!

They aren't keeping up with the apartments. Stoves are falling apart door locks are falling off they are not spraying like they supposed to. Just a horrible place to live overpriced. Takes maintenance forever to come out and fix stuff. It's very unacceptable poor living conditions step of the game do better.
