Make sure to check out the wildflower fields in late May!! This park actually connects to Bob Woodroff and there are miles and miles of trails. I still have not been able to walk through the whole park and I go on weekly walks with my pup. The only reason for 4 stars is that I sometimes see trash by the creek. It’s pretty disappointing that people litter in such a beautiful space 😔

Really nice place to walk, ride scooters, and I saw plenty of folks riding bikes and walkibg dogs. There are wooded dirt paths and cement paths for lots of exploring. Nice mini lake and creek adds to the experience of being truly outdoors within a large suburb.

A very well kept and a beautiful place. Good place for walks or group exercises. A very serene place in a busy part of the city. They have good seating spots and very clean restrooms. A lot of group activities are held here. There is a zipline park and the trails are long and quite a few of them. Definitely one of my favorites.

Wonderful place to spend few hours. It’s is a beautiful lake surrounded by long trees. There is a rocky pavement to sit beside the lake and a wooden trail. You can find it’s best view in summer specially in sunny days. If you love to walk in nature it is definitely a good place for morning and evening walk.

Yes, people fish every day. There is even a fishing dock. Not sure why the other person said you can't.
There's a large, clear field on the south side, off Spring Creek road. Other fields are in the equestrian area; drones are probably not welcome around horses. Unaware of any restrictions. You could check with City of Plano or Collin County.
No bathrooms along the trail! You'll have to hold it till you get to the parking lot.
Maybe, if you found some trees that were close enough to work. You could also look on the City's website to see if there are any rules against doing that. https://www.plano.gov/Facilities/Facility/Details/High-Point-Park-Athletic-Fields-94
Yes, from the main entrance on Los Rios.
Signs in park and Plano regulations say no, dogs and other pets not allowed off leash but that regulation is routinely ignored.
