We had our first service appointment today. The young man working at the service desk was very professional and personable. He made conversation with me and was kind to my daughter. He was patient as I unbuckled her and got her out of the vehicle. He escorted us to the waiting area and showed us the complimentary pop and coffee station. He made sure we were comfortable and didn't need anything before he went back to take our vehicle. The oil change and inspection only took about 30 minutes before he returned with the overview of the service. He patiently waited for me to assist my daughter in gathering up her things and heading back to the vehicle. He again made conversation with both of us and my daughter (who is very shy) was comfortable around him. We got loaded up into the vehicle and the gentleman thanked us for choosing them for our service and told us to have a nice day. I was very impressed with the quality of customer service we received. The waiting area was very clean and welcoming. The chairs were comfortable and the sound level was appropriate. I have a great experience from start to finish!

Had to make an emergency stop for repairs here on a road trip. Very friendly, helpful and reasonable all things considered.

It’s generally a good idea to get tire rotations every 6,000 to 8,000 miles. Your owner’s manual will have guidance on tire rotation frequency. A visit to the mechanic will also shed light on any tire damage.
It’s recommended to have a mechanic check your brakes during every oil change. Every manufacturer recommends different intervals for changing brake fluid. The best case scenario is for the owner to consult what the manufacturer says in the car maintenance schedule and rely on a trusted repair shop like Zanesville Honda’s.
Changing your vehicle’s oil is a critical aspect of proper maintenance. Typically, it depends on your driving style and needs. If you drive more than 6,000 miles every 6 months, then it might be a good idea to change it twice a year. It also depends on the type of oil you use. Today’s newer engines using synthetic oil can endure 5,000 to 10,000 miles between oil changes. For a better evaluation of your oil change needs, contact our service experts at Zanesville Honda.
