I have been an Employee at Brookdale for two Months, and I can for sure say that the company cares about every person under their roof, which includes not only their residents but their employees as well. At work, I walk by at least one person every day that makes my day better, and I can tell you without a doubt that in my short time working with them that my Brookdale coworkers value respect and kindness; for The Cooks knew I had a disability And took the time to let me know what to do and ensured they were there to help if I had questions. Because of this, I feel like I can go to them with anything, so they become a family; I also see that whenever there is a new resident, the coworkers and seniors are both caring and welcoming. So if you need a job, come and join us. We will be happy to have you and make the Brookdale family bigger.
