Here is the worst service that you can imagine in many ways until a lawsuit passes, everything is sold and already prepared, it is time to put things as the law says and not as they say according to their rules, rules are not laws, laws go by Above all, they always record everything and do not ask for help from those state attorneys who do not serve, make a sacrifice and pay a really good one.(I wonder why the judge has to talk privately with the state police in a parking lot)

There was a mistake on court paperwork that made it look like I had a felony. It took years for me to realize this. When I went to the court house, I was treated very disrespectfully. I was given no help at all. There was actually a staff that just kept yelling the time period a felony stays on your record. I got a hearing to see a judge a significant anount of tine later. As soon as she seen the paperwork she has a sidebar and told me I was all set, and that it was a mistake. For years I was denied housing and jobs becuase this mistake. If i had the time and resources I WOULD SUE EVERYONE involved.

Can't believe a court house is run this way. Kangaroo court. Never seen so much disrespect towards the courts system and it's employee's. They bend over backwards to help you and they get shot on and it makes something that should take a hour take all God dam day.

Well all policies have something to do with law. Take for instance the Hampden County Sheriff's Dept stating," we have a policy that all strip searches be videotaped." The policy was deemed "unconstitutional," by Federal court judge because," regardless whether or not there was a policy, videotaping female inmates by male guards(or vice versa) violates the 14th and 4th amend of U.S. Constitution." See Debra Baggett v. Sheriff Michael Ashe.
No -- still closed. The main priority has been cases for defendants held in jail. Check mass.gov, but I believe July 1st is the tentative date for when court opens to the public now.
You would need to call the courthouse and talk to the Clerk's office to find out.
He should call the court and ask to speak to the DA office. If he got the issue resolved and has his license then he should email a copy to them
It seems to depend on the case. I went there for something and there seemed to be a mix of both.
