Got a wash and wax today — ended up with a chip in the paint and small dent on my hood! Also had water spots all over the right side of my truck. I have a lifted truck and they must have damaged it while climbing on my tires to reach the hood instead of using a step stool. I’ve had a couple good experiences here before, but damaging my truck hurts resale, costing much more than a wash. Won’t be going back.

I love getting my car wash at the finish line, right when I pull up Blayne calls me by name! He is amazing and wonderful!! The 2 ladies that work at the cashier register are not friendly. They don’t greet you or say “thank you”. I bought a snack to eat outside while I wait, however the bag was expired. When I told her she didn’t say anything or apologize. Please train them to be more hospitable. It would make their day and the customers experience better! Thank you!!

Car is a good 8 years old now so I decided to go with a full buff, seal and wax. Price wasn't too terrible, and they were able to do it right away and fairly quickly as I waited. Very happy with the outcome, paint looks like new again!

Hello- I came in on March 21st and had my chevy tahoe washed using the Indy 500 service (as I recall) and it was very apparent that the workers didn’t vacuum or clean the inside well. Throwing away the trash would have been nice. I took pictures and was going to send an email showing how bad of a job your employees did and didn’t get around too it as work/life got busy. I decided I would try Finish Line out again and came in today. I was going to order the same service, told the salesguy that it would helpful if Finishline actually washed and cleaned the inside and out as last time it looked like nothing was touched inside. He said that they only do a light dusting and if I wanted to actually have the vehicle cleaned I needed to pay $75 + tip to get the express wash service so I went for it. This time I closely inspected the vehicle and there were numerous spots on the paint that hadn’t been touched. I told the worker that they really needed to check their washing equipment as its not working correctly. His response was that we only use our hands. My response was well the hands don’t appear to be working well. Inside the vehicle there was trash left over although better than last time. I asked him if he could wipe down the seats and vacuum the kids crumbs out. His response…if you want us to vacuum and clean the seats that’s $40 more. I’m not sure what you can do to incentivize your employees to actually clean a vehicle but the service is the worst I have seen of any car wash in my 30 years of driving. I’m happy to discuss if you think it will help but will need to find a new car wash.
