Unlike Denny's, i've NEVER been disappointed here. Consistent with the freshness, quality and goodness of their menu items. They do get busy so careful with the peak hours....make extra time.

ZERO STARS. Customer service is bad, the staff is not friendly or welcoming. The hostess was the worst! You will wait a couple of minutes before even being acknowledged. People coming after you will get their food first before you. They don't care about their jobs so don't think that they'll care for you. Avoid at all cost

Food like every other iHop which is great since they are a chain and you want that to be the case. But was very messy. The floors were filled with garbage. They clean the tables but left floors dirty. Not great representation of other iHops I have attended.

OMG! I haven't eaten at IHOP for awhile, so glad I came back. Specifically to this location. The Cook prepared our meals at picture perfect 😋. The waitress "Delilah", was servicing the entire restruant by herself and it was packed. Shame on the owner but kudos on Delilah the one man army. She had no pen and paper taking orders left and right, relying soley on memory. WOW! AMAZING!. I definitely recommend this restaurant while Delilah and her fabulous cook is on duty. Tip her well and the food is worth the wait.

Restaurant is small, but waiter was good, food was good.
Terrible service. I wait an hour for my food. When I received it, it was already cold. Just because the cook wanted to do all the orders together. The only thing I received quickly was the account that I had to pay. I hope I do not have to go back to this place.

They wear mask but we got placed at a dirty booth, food scraps were on the table. Regardless this location I would avoid. The food was good but the service was horrible.
