This Pep Boys helped out quickly after a major tire blowout. Rich made the drop-off super easy. When I picked the car up, some sensors/warnings needed to be reset, but Rich quickly took care of it and made sure the car was safe and ready to go. Great service!

Came in to get a diagnostic test for what was very obviously an alternator issue, but pep boys overcharged me for a battery and sent me on the way claiming there was no other issues with my car, despite my heavily questioning them. Had a mechanic friend run a diagnostic test on my car not even a day later and lo and behold, the alternator wasn’t working. I checked the battery test pep boys handed me and it literally says the battery isn’t being charged! If I’d kept driving my car it would’ve killed the new battery and could’ve caused more issues. Probably what they wanted to happen anyways. Go to a local, trusted, mechanic. Not these chain spots that rip off women.

Great service. Will be back. Was told at Midas that I needed new brakes immediately. Went in for a 2nd opinion at Pep Boys because they accept the car credit...however they discovered I did not need new brakes, I'm still at 50%...so HA! NOT GOING BACK TO MIDAS sticking with Pep Boys.

I called about my blinker being out and the fellow told me his electrics fellow was not in today but was quick to help me set an appointment when his electrical fellow was in. I got in 2 days later and boy that electrical fellow didn't seem to be in a very good mood. Listen, I get it, fixing used cars can be like chasing a dragon but I brought you my car to get fixed and it costs money so fix my car. But this guys keeps trying to warn me about how much it might cost and how it might take a while to track down an electrical issue. BUD DON'T TALK YOURSELF OUT OF A DEAL. Fix my car and take my money! Anyway, I get a call the next day and they tell me its the back light socket and it will be another day before the part can get in. They quoted me fairly They charged a fair labor time They charged me for the good replacement part. Over all it was a good deal, it got done quickly enough for me and I would recommend this place.
