My child accidentally put in the wrong address. By the time I realized this, the order had been brought back to the store and thrown in the trash. The order was for over $75. The store manager refused to refund the money or offer any reconciliation. We have just been through an ordeal with the winter storm, loss of water for 4 days and my children had been looking forward to their favorite pizza. The heartlessness of the manager during these trying times has left me completely unwilling to ever order from Dominos again. We have eaten thousands of dollars of food from Dominos in raising 3 sons but I won't spend another penny on this unkind and petty company. The manager yelled at me on the phone stating they were running out of dough and supplies and my mistake cost them so they will not refund me or offer to send the order to my local store. I would have gladly paid to redo the order at the correct store had they provided the refund. Domino's would not have lost our order or our business if they had been understanding regarding a child's mistake. Instead, they were rude, condescending and unkind without any show of community concern. I am very disappointed and will make sure my friends and family are aware of the unprofessional and heartless nature of this store's manager. Good-bye Dominos.

Oh ny gosh! We grabbed a 7.99 pizza for the Cowboy game and it was absolutely delicious! Pizza was hot, crunchy, not soggy! Great on the sauce and cheese... and plenty of meats and veggies!!! It was ready in 10 minutes for pick up! Staff was darling
